How do I restore my purchase?

On Prayed’s first screen, tap I already have an account and sign in with the same Apple Account you bought Prayed with. If Prayed still asks you to buy, tap Restore purchase, under the plans.

I got a new iPhone. Where are my prayers?

Your goals, prayers and recordings are kept on your iPhone, not on our servers, so they move with your iPhone’s backup, not with your account. Restore your new iPhone from your iCloud or computer backup, and they come back with Prayed.

If you set it up as new, signing in brings back your purchase, but not your prayers. Before you switch, you can keep a copy of your own with Settings → Your prayers → Export everything.

How do I save a copy of my prayers?

In Prayed, go to Settings → Your prayers → Export everything. Prayed puts your goals, prayers, check-ins and recordings together in one ZIP file on your iPhone, and opens the share sheet so you can save it or send it wherever you like. It isn’t sent anywhere else.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Prayed, and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In Prayed, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. If your subscription has ended, tap Delete my account on “Welcome back” instead. Prayed tells you what deleting does, then asks you to type DELETE:

• Your goals and prayers, with their recordings, are erased from your iPhone.
• Your account is deleted from our server too, with everything kept for it.
• Older backups of your iPhone may still hold your recordings, until they’re replaced.
• Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Apple keeps billing it until you cancel it.

It can’t be undone.

If Prayed isn’t installed any more, install it again, tap I already have an account on its first screen, sign in with the same Apple Account, and delete your account there. We can’t delete it for you from an email: we never ask Apple for your email address, so an email can’t tell us which account is yours.

How do I turn off the AI reflection?

In Prayed, go to Settings → Verse and switch off Personalise my verse. Then nothing you write reaches our servers or any AI. You’ll still get a verse every day, with a reflection written in advance.

Reminders aren’t arriving.

Check that:

• Daily nudge is on in Prayed’s Settings → Reminders;
• notifications are on for Prayed in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications → Prayed;
• no Focus is silencing them.

Quiet hours don’t stop it: the daily nudge comes even during quiet hours, at the time you chose. Reminders pause if you haven’t opened Prayed for a week, and opening it sets them again.
